The Central Texas Citizen is reporting that Congressman DeLay's PAC has been indicted by a grand jury in Texas. Mr. Rivera writes, "Although the TRMPAC was formed by House Majority Leader Tom DeLay(R-Tx), the congressman from Sugarland currently does not have any charges against him. The TRMPAC has one charge against, that being for accepting a $100,000 contribution from the Alliance for Quality Nursing Home Care."
