The metro-area water roundtable met Tuesday evening to kick off their part in implementing the Colorado Water for the 21st Century Act, according to the Rocky Mountain News [September 7, 2005, "Metro water talks begin"]. From the article, "The metro-area talks - like others across the state - are designed to assist each of Colorado's major river basins and the north and south metro areas in determining: how much water they need; how to cover future demand, and how to find cooperative ways to share water among river basins."
