In my case, at least the offending boss was let go a week after I voluntarily left the company but this was a challenge for me. I had to explain why I voluntarily left a good job in a terrible job market. Thankfully, it worked and I have a good job now, but for awhile there, this was really bugging me... 4:42:34 PM
