Sun's Idiotic Trademark Orders. Cory points to an unintentionally hilarious page of instructions from Sun Microsystems, in which it explains how all humanity may... [Dan Gillmor's eJournal]
I disagree with Dan on this one. Sun has a right of asking not to use ugly terms like "java-tize" that go in detriment of their trade marks.

Yesterday I went to an e-business on demand event sponsored by IBM. The most striking thing was criticism of Micro$oft and promotion of Linux... All these was done while using Windows computers to make the presentations. I find this very stupid on IBM part, it sends a clear signal that you can't get rid of Windows even if you think it's bad. It would be better if they stop the criticism as I don't think there is any way to stop using Windows for presentations.
