using audio files in the classroom. What: audioblog.com provides a fast, easy, and cheap way to record and put audio files into your blogs.
All
you need is a subscription to the service and access to a computer with
a microphone. You can even phone in your audio and post it to your
blog. I think a big plus of this service is the built-in player that
shows up in the post. It allows people to hear the audio "on-the-fly"
as opposed to downloading a file and then starting a separate

Other features:
Include links to MP3 (for uploaded files only) file of the audio...great for podcasting
A beta (test) version of video which allows you to record yourself on your webcam or ... [edugadget]

up. Personally, I think that the e-learning specifications
will have to be rewritten. This column is a good example of
some of the reasons why: scope-creep, excessive "what
if?" analysis, and premature optimisation. Bonus

P2P Meets PSTN, With Bellster [Slashdot:]
