LionShare Releases Personal Repository
Milestone. This is a very interesting project that picks
up where POOL left off - a mechanism that allows people to
build their own personal repositories, manage their own
content, and yet share it with the rest of the world. It's
not perfect. It is unfortunately written in Java 1.5. It
aims to employ Shibboleth for authentication rather than a
genuinely distributed system such as LID or SxIP. But these
do not detract from what is a fairly significant step

blogging is not always about the post.
What: Non-linear learning, simu-learning, connectivism, constructivist
education theory, etc. There is so much information available to
teachers on the web and so little time to digest it. I have learnt more
in the last couple of months writing edugadget than I did in the past 5
or 6 years, including teacher training. So much of what I learn about I
never even get to address in this blog.
But that is the point or at least the point Will Richardson has made before ... writing a blog is about learning.
