Yep! It is official, athletes and support personnel are banned form blogging during the Athens 2004 Olympics. Personally no mater what the IOC says I think this has to do with protecting the interests of large news networks like NBC. They can’t see how damaging this is for the long term I wonder? If they have any sense they will change their mind for the next Olympics. Lets hope until the end of the games we see more Olympic blogs created
