I've been very wrapped up in work lately and completely ignoring the news. I almost wish I still didn't have time to read it. I remember watching a news report from Israel after the attack on WTC and the reporter said you could almost hear the excitement from the Israelies. They thought that at last the Americans and the west would understand what they have been living through. They thought this would help their cause. What a massive miscalculation. The Americans have turned inward. They are trying very hard to appease the Arab countries, to get them onside in their efforts to fight terrorism.
