8:40:23 PM   Epson Faces Consumer Suits. Complaints in three states claim printer vendor cuts off ink cartridges before they're empty. [PCWorld.com - Latest PC World News Stories] //  This is going to get more and more press as the printer manufacturers start trying to get more and more money from ink.  I can see the vendors leaving ink in the cartridge to not allow it to run out and burn up print heads but leaving 38% of the ink in the tank ?? Come on.
