Proposal: Replace all Greyhound's ticket-selling employees with ticket vending machines. I should be able to show up 2 minutes before my bus is scheduled to leave, swipe my mastercard, get on the bus and go. Of course that's not what happened today (except for the 2 minutes before part -- I'm already living in the future). I don't know what takes those ticket people so long, but putting money in a slot and pressing the print ticket button is something I could do for my damn self a lot faster. And now I'm on the slow boat to Toronto via Guelph instead of the fast bus. Goodbye Waterloo for a long time!
