... At Amazon, we discovered that one of the main obstacles to people buying online is the cost of the shipping. That's why we introduced the SuperSaver free shipping program on purchases under $25 ... (blah blah blah). I personally don't see what the big deal is -- When I add up all the costs of me going to the store to buy something: My time, paying for parking, putting gas in my Land Rover ... I'd rather just pay the shipping!
We've all got problems don't we Peter ...
I think my email pitch is better than my in-person one because I couldn't score an interview and so my resume just ended up in the "black hole" pile.
