Details, details A story on ZDNet UK (via Slashdot) reports that personal video recorder maker TiVo forced all players on its system to download a particular BBC drama and kept it for a week. I was going to say this is ridiculous, but it looks like this recording was to a surplus area of the TiVo hard disk and only occured if the user was not recording something already.
