Handspring has announced they are switching from their Springboard modules to the Secure Digital expansion slot design. Previously they had announced they would drop the Visor line altogether. Recently USA Today and other newspapers had articles on Israeli projects to build a security fence to keep terrorists from the West Bank out of Israel. Some people applaud the move as the first step towards defining a border between Israel and an Palestinian state. The Canadian Government and the Government of Ontario have announced a deal in which many museums and other cultural sites in Toronto will receive government funds for building expansions and renovations.
