Functional Developer may be open sourced in the future. From a post by Scott McKay in the comp.lang.dylan newsgroup: I'll spill the beans.  We're trying to open-source the whole lot of it, but are working to get it in shape such that someone besides a Fun-O hacker can build it. Functional Developer is a Dylan development system that runs under Windows and has an alpha version in testing for Linux.   11:16:10 AM
