Do you have any musical heroes?  Sure ya do.  I have 2.  Stevie Ray Vaughan changed my life - the story is here.  But he wasn't the first - I started playing guitar back in 1971 because of Neil Young's Southern Man.  Well -  I just came from the Neil Young Site, after finding the link at this site, which I found at this site.  Neil has a new album called Are You Passionate? and you can listen to it in its entirety online.  It's gets even better.  I had tears in my eyes from the live performance video of Goin' Home.  It's rocks bigtime - go enjoy!

Wow!

East Side Journal:  New Hotmail settings might share your info, addresses.  In short, if you are already signed up for and use Hotmail, Microsoft has given itself the right to share your e-mail address and other data with outside companies -- even if you explicitly told Microsoft not to do so when you signed up...  [Loebrich.org

Spam: Some people still Just Don't Get It.  Barry Dennis, president of NetWeb, an Internet and offline marketing/PR agency, has written a piece for C|NET entitled "Why I love spam." Unfortunately, Mr. Dennis has completely missed the point as to why so many of us are annoyed--even infuriated--by the deluge of spam arriving in our in-boxes every day.  [kuro5hin.org]
Mr. Dennis also conveniently ignores the fact that, with E-mail, the primary cost of delivery is to the recipient, not the sender.
Great discussion going on...
