Refactoring the Business Jon Udell posted a nice piece titled Refactoring the Business as a follow-up to last week's Shipping the Prototype. I've spent a lot of time with Ward Cunningham the last couple of weeks, talking about many of these issues and doing some pair programming in Python on his Fit framework.
