Luminaries
In the last month or so, I've been to local events where I've got to hear perl guru Damian Conway, blog guru Dave Weiner, data warehousing guru Ralph Kimball and a whole bunch of community-oriented-website gurus in the form of an OpenACS social. All I can say is lately it's been a good time to be living in Cambridge, MA.
And now Paul Graham is giving a talk on fighting spam at John Harvards next Monday which I'm really looking forward to. I'm anxious to discuss moving the filters-fighting-back idea from theory to practice.
