Yesterday I got Richard Grimes' .NET programming book. No VB for him... And actually C# only up to a point (the following paragraph starts off Chapter 7):
"OK, I have to admit it. So far in this book I have been flirting with that newcomer on the block: C#. It is time that I returned to my true love C++, and hope that my flirtations have not damaged our relationship too much. I think that many of you will come to feel the same. C# is a wonderful language, but it often leaves you wondering if you can do more, and when you discover that you have reached the limits of the language, you realize it is time to get back to C++."
On another topic from the book - it looks like he got one of our compiler guy's name wrong in his Acknowledgments section (It's Mark Hall, not Mike Hall...). Oops...
