Perseus Publishing
Recently, I finished reading Buckminster Fuller's Universe. There was a problem, though. The copy that I had had a single blank page. On a whim I sent an email to the publisher telling them how much I enjoyed the book and mentioning the missing page. I asked if they could send me a photocopy of the missing page. I didn't really expect a reply.
Well, today I got a brand new copy of the book in the mail! (With no missing pages.) Kudos to Perseus Publishing for exceeding this customer's expectations.
Oh, and the book is excellent as well. Recommended.
