x86 Compiler in the PSDK?  No...

If you read this post from AprilR, you might think the the Platform SDK (PSDK) contains an x86 C++ compiler.  If you thought that, you would be incorrect.  Up until now, there hasn't been a PSDK release that I can remember that included an x86 C++ compiler.  The PSDK does contain a native ia64 C++ compiler and an x86-hosted cross compiler for the x64 architecture.
