Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts Thanks for the kind words, John Robb John Robb, President and COO of Userland Software, calls one of my Radio-created pages a "great example of a k-log in action." Thanks for the compliment, John. I wasn't even aware that I was k-logging, but now that I think about it, you're right. As a matter of fact, only a small part of the k-logging I'm doing these days is visible on the Web. Instead, I'm busy shifting all sorts of institutional knowledge to the inside category pages that are only available for West Virginia court employees. These internal k-log pages are just starting to catch on with court employees. As for the outside k-log page referred to by John, look for more updates very soon. The Court has been "In Vacation" since July 3, but once the September term begins next week, the outside feeds will be rolling again. As a simple lawyer, court clerk, and bodger of software, such kind words are encouraging. Must be doing something right . . . 5:42:31 PM [Permanent Link]
