Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts Policy guidelines for public access to state court records approved A group of the nation's state court administrators and Chief Justices recently approved policy guidelines for public access to court records, which closely parallel those adopted earlier this year by the federal judiciary. The policy recommendations were submitted for consideration by the Conference of Chief Justices and the Conference of State Court Administrators at their Annual Conference held this year in Rockport, Maine.
