New Hampshire Supreme Court Begins WebcastingOn Wednesday of this week, the New Hampshire Supreme Court began webcasting oral arguments. Both live and archived streams are available. As with most appellate court webcasts, camera placement can be tricky. The Union Leader reported: "The judges' faces appear blurred. Only the back of the lawyers' heads and shoulders are visible as they make the cases before the bench. But the arguments, questions and answers were clear." According to my informal count, New Hampshire makes fifteen state appellate courts with webcasts. 1:42:21 PM [Permanent Link]
