Issue #81 Posted, Status of Fall 2005 Opinions
Issue #81 of the West Virginia Supreme Court Opinion Summaries was posted today, covering the final 33 opinions released in July of this year. The issue was e-mailed to subscribers on October 27, but posting here was delayed for technical reasons.
As of today, the Court has not released any opinions for cases argued in the Fall 2005 term. After next Tuesday's Argument Docket, over 70 cases will be in the breast of the Court awaiting opinions. The Court has Opinion Conference scheduled next Wednesday and Thursday. 4:57:47 PM [Permanent Link] Five State Appellate Courts Using RSS
There are now a total of five state appellate courts utilizing RSS feeds to share information about opinions and news. In April 2002, West Virginia became the first, and Oklahoma is the most recent, and most prodigious, with a total of five feeds.
