Or is it liveFix for activeTopics ? :-) Matt and I quickly found out that the new 1.3 version of activeRenderer, with its new 'page' wedges for HTML link attributes to outline nodes, was thoroughly breaking liveTopics' indexes.
The updated 1.3.1 version of activeRenderer fixes a couple of minor bugs, and handles HTML link attributes in a more liveTopics friendly way.
If the flDisplayHTMLWedge directive is set to true in the OPML outline or in one of the applicable #prefs.txt files, then HTML link attributes are rendered with 'page' icon wedges, and open in a new window.
If the directive is set to false, or is missing, HTML link attributes are rendered by creating a simple link around the node's content, the way activeRenderer behaved prior to version 1.3.
If you have liveTopics installed, when you update activeRenderer to version 1.3.1, the installation code will try to locate the #prefs.txt file in the outlines/topics folder, and will append a #flDisplayHTMLWedge false line if it's missing. It will then upstream all the topic indexes it finds in the folder.
I apologize to all liveTopics users for the mix up.
