One last... Not much fic writing... worked on another installment of the TtH100 series I'm doing (Not a single review from the last one... I guess no-one likes the whole time travel bit...). I think I'll wrap up the time travel segment quickly. A couple more parts and then send her home. It doesn't work as well when Dawn and Amanda are so far apart in the story. Worked on my potential YAHF (Yet another Halloween Fic) -- Buffy as Arwen? Maybe... but what about Willow and Xander? Haven't decided if it'll be part of one of my continuing series (Either "Class of '99" or "Summoned" seem to fit right now) 7:50:08 PM    Notes [] Re-reading... What else did I do on my vacation (other than drive, spend money, eat, sleep, and play Tomb Raider?) Re-read "Lord of the Rings" (Mostly - I skipped the Frodo/Sam trip to Modor... I find it boring and haven't read that part of the story since I first read the whole thing in high school 20 years ago)... took me most of the week... It was sort of research for a fic... I was curious about Arwen... her role in the books is so much smaller than the movie. She was almost not in it except for the Appendix that included a part of "The Tale of Aragorn and Arwen" --- She was robbing the cradle. She was almost 2700 years older than him! Naughty elf! Re-read "In Shadowside" -- Just as enjoyable the second time around. 7:46:33 PM    Notes [] Games we play... Spent a little part of the week I was on vacation playing the new Tomb Raider game. Lots of fun so far... The T actually finished it (But she claims it was because she played it at the easiest difficulty level) It's going to take me a while to finish... even if I remember the stuff I saw when I watched her play it. 7:41:04 PM    Notes [] I'm back...! Assuming anyone noticed I was gone... drove to NY (state not city)(by way of NH) and back. 2700 miles (counting a few small trips in between the there and back) in the red car... It rained most of yesterday but I made okay time. Today was beautiful driving weather but I was too exhausted to really enjoy it. Need to get to bed early... so I'm coherent for work tomorrow. 7:37:28 PM    Notes []
