Need a tv stand/table. Not sure how steady what I'm using is. At 50lbs, my new tv actually weighs less than my old tv (or at least feels like it does.)but is taller/wider and looks unsteady on my old tv table/stand (though it isn't) I wish I'd brought the one I made when I lived in NH -- it wasn't fancy but it was fairly solid (thin pine boards layered/glued together) 2:10:41 AM    Notes [] Let's have a very public melt-down The folks in the apartment down stairs (I'm in a building that has 6 apartments) -- college students -- had a party tonight (Friday night). Celebrating the end of the school year? Very loud people. Some kind of conflict... someone has been outside for the last 20 minutes using assorted choice words beginning with "f" and "b" to describe their displeasure at something. (I think she got kicked out of the party and can't find a ride home... not surprised given her language usage. And no, I'm not volunteering -- I don't know this random angry person. Most residents are nice but this is not the kind of place where you socialize with your neighbors.) Very annoying... and loud... and unoriginal... 2:06:49 AM    Notes [] Another year blogging... Just renewed my blog for another year. So... unless my blog host goes under or something equally disruptive (like being bought and shut down) -- my blog and fics will be still be around/online until May 2007 -- whether I am or not.
