I've spent the week off just hanging out and vegging. Didn't really want to go anywhere -- I would have ended up just spending money --
Somehow, I ended up reading a bunch of Xena uber-fics (Xena uber fics -- which I believe originated the whole uber genre -- tend to have two characters who MIGHT resemble Xena and Gabrielle and who MIGHT be reincarnations of the two characters. But that is often their only connection to the series.)
There are actually a few good stories - comparatively speaking - at the website I've been browsing. But most have the same tired plot -- one that would do Harlequin proud (there are still Harlequin romances aren't there?)
This one is a little different -- I think it was there because the author has other works at the archive site - there is nothing even remotely Xena-ish about it -- an amusing Twilight Zoneish story -- Rude by Lois Cloarec Hart
