Rivers Run Deep

Just taking this out for a spin. The idea was a challenge on TtH. Not sure if I'll actually write it. YAHF's (Yet Another Halloween Fic) don't leave a lot of room for plot changes or character growth the way I like. And does it really matter that this show wasn't broadcast until long after Buffy was over?
