Nice discussion by Phillip Pearson on finding common ground to base new learning/teaching or knowledge exchange. I will watch to see how he comes out on his efforts in this area. Phillip has come the closest to creating measurment tools for the social capital in weblogs in the form of his bloggingecosystem that I rely on daily when testing the measurement framework that I am still struggling with.
