I'm stunned to learn that the 40 million dollars are gone but at the same time to really show the power of these small Internet contributions we would have to go back to the well and give another $50.00 each. The point is that with the bush way of getting money you top out or max out on your first contribution of what is it 1 or 2k way more than I could ever achieve. Dean or the other Internet candidates still have plenty of available legal money per contributor left. Whether or not they can extract that is still to be seen. But I can tell you I am far from the max limit and considering a new modest contribution to dean just to show them what this is really about. "money". That being said if Trippy ran through 40 million I might slap his hand. but not too hard because he did get the first 40million in the first place. Lets see if this new guy can match that action.
Dizzy Dean. This whole business of Howard Dean firing his campaign manager, Joe Trippi, and replacing him with Al Gore's chief of staff -- a former telecom lobbyist, no less -- is so bizarre I'm pretty much at a loss for words.... [Whiskey Bar]
