Dang, they're creeeping up on my 146 ps adder time, for which I can't quite seem to get the paper out the door. Of course, that was with the relatively coarse 0.5 micron emitter stripe width. I already I have an idea of what kind in increase are in store for me, and a fellow student's newer adder is in fabrication as we speak..
