Recession? Not in the Dutch media world
According to Adformatie, a specialist magazine for the industry in Holland, Dutch industry put 23% more into advertising in 2003 than the year previously - 4.2 billion Euro instead of 3.4.
TV advertising is up by 25% to 1.9 billion Euro spread over the public and commercial networks. Radio was up by 13%. Unilever Bestfoods, Procter & Gamble and KPN are the top three advertisers.
