Martin Fowler: Is Design Dead? I really like Martin Fowler's writing. He always seems to be able to strike a balance between the architecture astronauts and the code & load crowd; I'm constantly struggling to find the balance myself. We've been talking about implementing XP at work and some of the more process oriented have been put off by their initial impressions.
