Martin Fowler: Is Design Dead?

I really like Martin Fowler's writing.  He always seems to be able to strike a balance between the architecture astronauts and the code & load crowd; I'm constantly struggling to find the balance myself.  We've been talking about implementing XP at work and some of the more process oriented have been put off by their initial impressions.  Martin's article was well received, and the fact that it's coming from someone with real design credentials doesn't hurt either.
