Found in my referrers: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=wsad%20slow. Don't even get me started! When the powers that be decided to make WSAD the corporate standard, someone actually said with a straight face that WSAD was pretty snappy with a gig of RAM. A gig! Maybe I'm showing my age, but IBM's WSAD development group should be hanging their head in shame over this. I have a 300 MHz PIII with 256 MB of RAM at home that runs Visual Studio.NET pretty acceptably. I have WSAD installed on a dual 733 MHz box with 512 MB of RAM, and it takes over a minute just to load. And WSAD isn't even in the same ballpark, usability-wise. I don't know who this product was created for. Not me.
