I'm pretty bummed out today.  I *really* wanted to go to the Web Services DevCon.  Registration is nearly closed.  I just haven't been able to justify the expense.  We're pretty strapped for cash right now since we're saving to buy a house.  Even with the new discount, I simply can't afford it.  Crap. Ditto.  It's not even the conference price (what a deal!), throw in airfare and hotel and you're talking about real money.  Plus, my wife's not enthused about letting me off of diaper duty for 3 days...
