Patrick Logan is back at a new home, which is great news. He's been thinking about programming language support for XML these days. He points to a thread on LtU that's interesting as well. My take is that the XML support that currently exists for languages basically consists of code generators for XML Schema. I've come over the past year to agree with Patrick's position that the traditional languages fall short and we should be looking at dynamic and extensible languages to lead the way.
