I am making headway on my project. It seems as though one of the main issues that could help frame my project is a way that tells a compelling story for sharing knowledge, invovles outside factors called regulatory agencies. While it is in a nascent state, E Commerce is policed by a lot of entitites. In this case, it is the OCC, SEC, NASD, NYSE. This leaves room for lots of fun as we make up the rules as we go.
