US Military Investigating Marine Shooting ABC News - The U.S. military said Tuesday it is investigating the videotaped fatal shooting of a wounded man by a U.S. Marine in a mosque in Fallujah. Iraqis condemned the act as "cowardice" and "something forbidden in Islam." Investigators will determine whether the Marine acted in self-defense against what a spokesman described as an "enemy combatant." To be protected by Geneva conventions one must be in uniform and part of a chain of command.   This militant wasn't.   Also using mosques to fire from (which is where this was) is a war crime.  Now consider that the "prisioners" have been faking surrenders, faking dead, and booby-trapping the dead and you get a clean shoot. Wouldn't chopping off the head of a hog tied prisioner be cowardice, or something forbidden in Islam? 2:21:22 PM
