I hadn't noticed that Bill Moyers' new series has both a program about the Internet coming up this week and an online "Citizens' Class" to go beyond the broadcast. From the program schedule's "find your local station" section:

Moyers on America: The Net at Risk
Wednesday, October 18, 9 p.m.
CHANNEL 2 (ETPTV / East Tennessee Public Television)

An examination of the future of the Internet, including efforts by big
business to buck the network-neutrality movement and take control of
what consumers can and cannot access. Also: why America lags behind
other countries in broadband access.
