Beyond Broadcast--Free Virtual Conference About Social Media & More Beyond Broadcast 2007 is the title of a sold-out conference this weekend at MIT, but you can still attend online... joining with an awful lot of smart people from the overlapping worlds of public broadcasting, citizen journalism, blogging, youtubing, placeblogging, social media, new online conversations, "peer-to-peer civic space," and perhaps the zone where next year's buzzwords will be created... If that's all a blur, the first link above includes a nicely done "highlights reel" video from last year's edition of the conference.
