Hard.  [Scripting News] 9:15:06 AM     comment [] Overture files lawsuit against Google Overture Services, a provider of pay-for-performance search engine, is suing Google over the paid listings portion of Google’s service. Overture accuses Google of illegally using the technology it created to sell online advertising through its pay-for-performance service. The company has filed a suit over infringement of patents protecting various features of its products and technology.
