SOAP Version 1.2 Last Call Working Drafts Published. 27 June 2002: The XML Protocol Working Group has released four SOAP Version 1.2 Last Call Working Drafts: the Primer, Messaging Framework, Adjuncts, and Assertions and Test Collection. Comments are welcome through 19 July. Also published are updates to SOAP Version 1.2 Usage Scenarios and XML Protocol (XMLP) Requirements. Publicly developed, SOAP Version 1.2 is a data transfer protocol designed for information exchange on the Web, using XML as its encapsulation language. Read about the Web Servi...
