Random Web Services Thoughts. [snellspace]

Pretty cool... WS-Policy might be more expressive for I18N: instead of having one 'preferred' locale, you could have a wsp:Preference for different ones, etc. (I don't know if it'd be simpler, though. :)

The XPath header sounds like it'd be a fun SoapExtension to implement.
