So, blogs are picking up internally, especially on my team. I've noticed some things:

Entries seem to be product design-focused and fairly long (like two to three screens). This could be because of where we are in the product cycle (MxP); I wonder if it will change as things progress. I like it because it's (1) snapshots of current thinking, (2) easier than Word/checking stuff in, and (3) more trackable than email.

I also realized that I get the most value out of reading "up/down" the product/design hierarchy, not "across". Reading another feature's blog ("across") tends to just confuse/randomize me, but reading about issues which affect the product as a whole ("up") and affect my feature ("down") is enormously useful.

I was going to create an XML document representing the product hierarchy and XPaths which describe what I'm talking about, but... I'll put my best people right on it.
