DJ Icey + Baby Anne was a good show... Baby Anne actually interacted with the crowd, posed for pictures, etc., which was a welcome surprise after the last show I saw her at where there were lots of technical issues and she basically immediately left after her set. DJ Icey was excellent.

Trance people seem to wear bright colors; breaks people seem to wear dark colors.

Anyway, there's basically two things I really dislike about raves [or parties or DJ concerts]. The first is all the drugs. (This show was fairly clean, though: no one asked or offered to me.) The second thing, which seems to be happening more recently, is people go-go/break dancing on stage: I came to see DJ Icey, not some random person shaking something (and certainly not flashing the audience).

Blargh; maybe I'm getting too old for this: I think I was the only person there wearing earplugs...
