"I'm going to crush my competition and I'm going to enjoy doing it." --Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth
Turns out that Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, the controversial star of The Apprentice, honed her annoying ways while on Vice President Al Gore's staff. And the result was a carbon copy of the reaction she's received on the Donald's show: Some love her; some don't. "The traits she displays on the show she displayed to us," says a disgusted former Gore insider of the ex-scheduler-receptionist who likes to drop names and avoid hard work. But others thought she was swell. "I loved her," says a top Gore aide. "I guess the others are just jealous of her."
Omarosa is a former political appointee in the Clinton and Gore White House. She currently works as a political consultant in Washington, DC. Omarosa had a humble youth, growing up in the projects of Youngstown, Ohio, but she eventually graduated from Central State University. She also earned a Master's degree from Howard University and is now working toward her Ph.D, which should be awarded to her in the spring of 2004. Omarosa's hobby is pageantry and she enjoys working as an image consultant who has successfully trained a Miss USA, Miss Taiwan and Miss Guyana.
What is your definition of "success"? "Recipe for Success: Study while others are sleeping; work while others are loafing; prepare while others are playing; and dream while others are wishing." (Quote by-William A. Ward)
UPDATE: 03/04/04 Tonight Omarosa is history as far as The Apprentice is concerned. Her devisive nature, poor teamwork and weak work ethnic played a big part in her downfall.
