Now the failure of the Traditional Music Industry - What Next? Good article on the last days of the music industry. What does the failure of United Airlines mean in this context? Maybe it means that once a competitor arrises, such as Southwest, that reivents the business process by using a different model, then nothing can save a traditional model.
