Forget mp3?

Now there are/were a lot of discussions whether one can hear the difference between an mp3 song and the CD version. Some say yes, others say no and often all say: "It depends". I did recently a comparission with songs from "Up" between CD and 192bit mp3. And from that I can tell you: forget mp3 and buy the CD. The songs have many layers, there is a whistle here, a background sound there etc., and you can't really hear them on the mp3 version. And yes, I tested both with the same equipment. Perhaps for the daily, usual consumer songs mp3 is sufficient... But in the end, everyone has to make his own decision and experience with this. 3:54:02 PM
