It happened again...a period of silence

Some of you might be wondering why I'm silent since friday late afternoon. Now this has two reasons: a) I don't get mails and therefore can't participate in any mailing list. sigh. And I can't see what's going on in the open source world; ok I could use some archives, but not all is available via public archives and reading archives is not really fun. double sigh. b) It's very difficult to type using my hands, so I just started to use my feet again :) Yes, correct, 15 months after my left hand got temporary "out of service" due to a chain saw, now my right hand is out of service and a lot thicker than usual. This is due to an encounter with one of some heavy springs used to open/close a garage door. Luckily nothing is broken which is really nearly a miracle. I have only some flesh wounds and currently can't bend my fingers at the right hand, so I can only type using the left one which is a little bit slower... Ok, back to the ice packs, some cool drinks and a cold place to simply relax and do nothing... 1:06:44 PM
